Aromas of ripe green melon, crisp granny smith apple and fresh citrus notes on the nose. The crisp dry palate shows complex layered fruit flavours with a well-balanced and very gentle acidity and vibrant freshness.
The gentle acidity makes this an easier drinking Sauvignon Blanc which will appeal to both Sauvignon Blanc and Chenin drinkers alike.
Vinification: The grapes were harvested in the cool morning hours and gently pressed to preserve freshness and delicate fruit aromas. After cold settling, fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks to highlight the wine’s vibrant varietal character. A short period on the fine lees added subtle texture and complexity before the wine was stabilized and bottled early to capture it’s crisp fresh fruit profile.

THE WILD WOMAN CINSAULT ROSE 2026
A delicate light pink with gentle floral notes and fresh cherry and strawberry aromas on the nose. The palate is crisp and dry with a subtle hint of dry spice.
This French grape was specifically selected to create a wine that has the same style, colour, low tannins and soft acidity of the rose wines made in the South of France.
Vinification: Selected Cinsault grapes were harvested during the cool early morning to preserve freshness and the delicate aromatics. After gently pressing, the juice spent only a short period on the skins to achieve a very pale salmon colour before being cold settled and fermented in stainless steel tanks at 15-17 degrees. A short period of maturation on the lees enhanced the texture and mouthfeel before being stabilized and bottled early to retain the vibrant fruit character and crisp acidity.

This wine is bold and expressive with a touch of spice and generous flavour while remaining easy drinking and versatile.
Vinification: The grapes were harvested at optimal ripeness and gently crushed before fermentation in a temperature controlled separator.
